Today the dissemination of videos through YouTube is so massive and important that this platform is the second largest search engine after Google commentsgo.

According to Google data, 8 out of 10 people watch videos on YouTube at least once a month.

If you are a brand owner and have a YouTube channel, you may be wondering how to gain more subscribers.

Five practical tips to gain more subscribers on YouTube

1.- Publish content that is useful to the public and of good quality

Although it may seem like obvious advice, there are still many poor quality videos on YouTube with boring or irrelevant content.

For your brand page, it is good that you develop explanatory videos about how your products or services work, answering frequently asked questions from users and that meet the needs of your target audience.

Make sure your videos are entertaining, original and provide some teaching.

2.- Present attractive titles and descriptions

Make sure the titles and descriptions of your videos reflect the quality of your brand. Titles should be clear, descriptive, honest and concise . Very important, avoid misleading titles.

For the description of the videos, write unique content, do not copy and paste from others, and add tags with keywords.

3.- Post new videos regularly

To start, it is important that you have initial content of 5 to 10 videos. Subsequently, publish at least one video a week.

Remember that publishing constantly helps you be a reliable source and increase traffic, reputation and number of subscribers on YouTube.

4.- Interact with your audience

It is always good to respond to your subscribers’ comments with great respect and let them know that you are present. Encourage them to review your videos or contribute ideas for future videos.

5.- Work on the appearance of your channel

Make sure you incorporate your brand’s style and voice wherever possible. The appearance of your channel should be professional and aesthetically pleasing , as it is your audience’s main visual impression of your organization.

Think about what you want visitors to feel and do when they’re on your channel, and how the overall look and feel of your channel can help you meet these goals.
